The objective of Kipkerszolg Kft. is to retain its achievements
and its image and to create the conditions and an internal operation
system for growth and efficiency, where the commitment to quality
is essential.
Basic idea of Kipkerszolg Kft.'s quality politics:
With the quality of our service, we are making effort to gain
the satisfaction and confidence of our customers for a long-term
period.
On behalf to meet Kipkerszolg Kft.'s quality politics guidelines
and to strengthen the Company's reputation and its Customers'
confidence, the company's quality poltics is as follows:
The management of Kipkerszolg Kft. declare its commitment to
quality. For this purpose in every case its primary and essential
obligation is to enforce the quality service requirements.
The aim of Kikerszolg Kft. is to cooperate, to entirely adapt
its costumers' requirements and to build up reliable, stable,
mutually advantageous reletaionships in each phase of its operation.
Its objectives are the followings:
- to keep the confidence and the satisfaction of our costumers,
to gain the new costumers' confidence
- to develop continously the reliability and the safety of
operation of our products, services according to the demands
and requirements of our costumers

to develop and to improve the effectiveness of our quality
service system for the satisfaction of our costumers and our
employees

both the management of the Company and its employees know
and understand the quality politics objectives and they follow
the rules of the Quality Service Handbook during their work
- to improve the level of the quality culture by training,
by motivation of the employees
- to explore and to decrease the quality related losses during
the processes, to prevent errors with the necessary arrangements
- we expect from our subcontractors and suppliers to accept
our quality politics principles and to work in the meaning of
them
- to keep our MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 standard system certificate
under the supervision of an independent qualification company
Our aim is, that our services and our prime contractor, general-constructor
and commercial activities meet the expected quality requirements
of our costumers. We trust that our employees' expertise and our
Company's commitment to quality and reliability result an appropiate
marketshare, and the realized works bring new orders.
